Practice Description:  
Our clean, state of the art facility has three treatment bays, very good lighting and modern decorum.   All reusable instruments are sterilized by autoclave.   Our treatment emphasis is on quality, comfort, and safety.   We provide lifelike composite fillings.   For patients who prefer silver fillings, we use a Titan, high copper alloy for its polish ability, strength, and low corrosion.   We perform simple extractions under local anesthesia, but refer most surgical extractions to an oral surgeon. We do not offer general anesthesia or nitrous oxide gas.  We do not perform periodontal surgery, dental implants, or orthodontics.  Dr. Carroll provides most of the patient care himself, including dental exams and cleanings.  Dr. Carroll served four years as a U.S. Naval Officer where he provided dental care to navy personnel.   After leaving the Navy in 1992, Dr. Carroll returned to practice in Nashua, New Hampshire.
